Hello there! Thanks for visiting my blog! I´m Claudia a Mexican PhD student living in London. I´m a Food Anthropologist and I have a passion for tasty and simple recipes (except baking, then I get really serious) from everywhere! I grew up in a family where food was always at the centre, and I have kept the tradition by cooking, researching food and collecting recipes.
